Walk For All Seasons

Our Interview with Walking Expert - Maggie Spilner

For over 20 years Maggie has written magazine columns, newsletters, e-newsletters and books about health and fitness, primarily as related to walking/exercise. As Prevention Magazine's walking editor and club director for 17 years, she also organized trips and rallies for readers and served as hostess and speaker.

In May 2003, she set out on her own to create walking vacations and programs, write freelance and teach classes in yoga and walking for health. She is available for consulting, clinics and speaking engagements.

Maggies Comment:

How the heck did we all get so confused about such a simple health solution! :-) Because people like me had to keep writing on new topics??? My answers to these questions are going to contain a heavy dose of practicality not usually found in magazine writing. Mainly ---it't not necessarily what the ULTIMATE workout is---it all about the ONE YOU ARE WILLING TO DO CONSISTENTLY!
